Marcus Steinfeld
CTO & Co-Founder
Marcus is a propulsion and embedded-systems engineer who previously led R&D for upper-stage thruster programs at a major European space prime. At PAVE Space he architects the core propulsion stack and spacecraft avionics platform.
Dr. Yuki Tanaka
Chief Propulsion Engineer
Yuki holds a PhD in fluid dynamics and combustion from ETH Zurich and has authored over 20 peer-reviewed papers on high-efficiency micro-thruster design. She leads the development of PAVE Space's next-generation electric and chemical propulsion modules.
Erik Lundqvist
Head of Mission Operations
Erik spent a decade managing satellite operations and launch coordination for Nordic space agencies before joining PAVE Space. He oversees mission planning, ground-segment integration, and customer launch windows with precision.
Priya Mehta
VP Business Development
Priya brings a strong background in enterprise sales and strategic partnerships across the NewSpace ecosystem, having previously worked with satellite operators and launch service providers in Europe and Asia. She drives PAVE Space's commercial pipeline and institutional relationships.
Thomas Berger
Lead Systems Architect
Thomas has designed spacecraft bus architectures for both LEO and GEO missions, with expertise spanning thermal management, power systems, and structural design. He ensures every PAVE Space vehicle meets rigorous safety and performance standards from concept to flight readiness.
